About Me
- Name: jlhart7
- Location: Ohio, United States
Ideologically: 1) I support worker control of workplaces (if the workers in question want to) as an extension of supporting as much human rights and democracy as is possible -- and 2) I'm squeamish about abortion (although I'm also a bit squeamish about keeping a woman from getting one, unless it's late-term). Other than that, I have the uncanny ability to see both sides of most issues almost too freakin' well. Although my two big issues happen to be opposed to the positions of libertarianism, I've discovered I'm pretty much libertarian on most other issues. Philosophically and religiously, I just think we should try to behave ethically toward each other, though I don't know what that means. I kinda figure life is like falling safely in martial arts -- you got to keep your neck flexed but everything else loose. In that same way, I've concluded that nothing else matters except ethical conduct. Now if I can just figure out what that is. Oh yeah, and Mom: if you're reading this, please don't think I'm any more crazy than what you may think already.
